Returns:

Because most of our items are under $1, the return postage may higher than items themselves . In order to reduce international shipping cost of unnecessary.  Please contact me before returning items. We will ensure you achieve maximum benefit. 

We will accept for return items however they must be returned to our warehouse in 100% saleable condition. Please contact me to get return address.

Refund:

Once we have received and processed your return, or we reached a refund agreement, we will issue refund immediately.

Exchange:

Once we have received and processed your return, or we reached a exchange agreement. we will ship out the replacement immediately.
